The Samsung Galaxy S4 has now available in a new variant dubbed Galaxy S4 Value Edition. The smartphone is only available in the Netherlands via various eCommerce websites at EUR 398, which according to Indian currency it is Rs. 31,745. However, there are no official announcements yet from Samsung.

There is no more difference between the earlier release and the latest Galaxy S4 Value Edition, except the former runs the latest Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box.
Unfortunately, there is no word when the Galaxy S4 Value Edition will be released in other European countries and other markets outside Europe like India.
The Galaxy S4 Value Edition sports a 5-inch full-HD capacitive touch screen display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels, with a pixel density of 441ppi. It is powered by 1.9GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 and includes 2GB of RAM. Other specifications include a 13-megapixel rear camera, 2 MP front-facing camera, and 16GB inbuilt storage, which can be extended up to 32Gb using a microSD card.
Measuring 136.60 x 69.80 x 7.90, the Galaxy S4 Value Edition weighs 130gm. A 2600mAh battery backs the handset. There is nothing new to share with you; with a little change, Samsung has launched Samsung Galaxy S4.
