The Samsung Galaxy J2, shipped to Sammy’s Indian facilities for testing, has now visited the GFXBench benchmark site. Samsung Galaxy J2 will be the 5th smartphone in the J-series, which came into existence with the launch of Galaxy J1, followed by Galaxy J1 4G, Galaxy J5, and Galaxy J7.

A GFXBench benchmark test confirms that the handset will come to market carrying a quad-core 1.2GHz CPU, 1GB of RAM, and Android 5.1.1. The Zauba listing already provided us with the 4.7-inch screen size of the phone.

It is not confirmed when the phone will be announced, but hopefully, it should not take much time from this point onwards. Till then, take the specs with a pinch of salt.
