Before a few months ago, Samsung had launched, the Galaxy Core 2 SM-G355HZKD, in India with a price Rs 11,990. Now, the company has officially reduced the price and it is available in only Rs 8007 through its store.
The new Galaxy Core 2 is powered by 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor with 768MB of SD RAM and running on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS out of the box. It houses 5-megapixels rear camera and also a VGA front-facing camera on-board for video calling. It supports Dual SIM and features 3G HSPA+ network. The phone is able to download a file with a maximum speed of 21.1 Mbps and upload speed limit is 5.76Mbps.
In terms of connectivity options, the device includes; 3.5mm jack, 3G, HSPA+, Bluetooth and WiFi.
