Unlock LG Worldwide -(All Levels) (NCK,NSCK,SPCK,CPCK,SIMCK)
From here, you can get unlock code of all LG phones worldwide. Once the order is placed, you may get all levels of unlocking codes. Code, marked as NCK, will be “unlock code” used to unlock your LG Phone.
If your phone comes from T-Mobile or AT&T or MetroPCS USA, then before placing the order, check for Device Unlock App. If unlock app is installed on your phone, it cannot be unlocked by code. Don’t place the order.

The unlock worked as advertised, and response to questions was prompt and helpful. Would have given 4.5 stars, minus half a star for somewhat vague instructions on the site and the panic of bricking my phone, BUT quick response to email and total resolution in under 30 minutes brings it back to 5 stars.
I went through half of my allotted attempts to unlock without success. The reason is that there were five separate codes supplied and none of them worked with method one. After a quick email, I received more specific instructions about which code to use. Method two worked perfectly first try!
