Philips – the electronics company, is expanding the smartphone range in India, and the firm has added Philips S388 in its basket. The handset is available in India with a tag price of Rs 13,694 online.
The latest Philips S388 (CTS388BK/94) is a Dual SIM (WCDMA + GSM) smartphone, sports a 4.5-inch qHD (540X960 pixel) TFT IPS Capacitive touchscreen display. It boasts a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS. It is available in black color with English, Romanian, Russian, and Ukrainian language support.
Philips S388 houses a 5 MegaPixel (2592×1944) autofocus rear camera with flash, while no word on frontal camera. Measuring 131 x 67.1 x 9.1 mm dimension, the handset weighs 136.5 gm. The device comes with an expansion slot, which can be upgraded with up to 32 GB of memory cards.
