As we all know India is a 2nd largest user of cell phone market, every company wants to increase their sale in India. The customers are in huge number in India and usually majority is for mid range handset.
Oppo is one such brand that has been around for a while, but has not been able garner much success in India. One of the reasons for the same is that most of its smartphones are usually in the mid- to high-end segment.
Now the company is looking at expanding its portfolio and we already see that it has its 3G smartphone, Oppo Joy 3, featuring ColorOS 2.0, on its official website.
Coming over to the specifications, the Oppo Joy 3 smartphone is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB RAM. There is also 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded via microSD card. It runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat)
It is a dual-SIM phone that has a 4.5-inch (854x480p) FWVGA display. For camera, there is 5MP rear shooter and 2MP one on the front.
In terms of connectivity, the smartphone supports 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The device is likely to come in two colour options – white and grey. As of now, we are not sure what the price of the phone will be but considering that it is already listed on the site, we think we won’t have to wait for long.
