Oppo‘s R7 is expected to be launched on 20 May 2015. The smartphone can be pre-ordered from JD.com for ¥ 2999 (about 483 US dollars).
According to the online listing, the Oppo R7 (R7T) comes in silver color and runs ColorOS 2.1 based on Android 4.4 KitKat. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6752 and coupled with a 1.7GHz Octa-core CPU. It supports 4G LTE as well as 2G: GSM 850/900/1800 / 1900MHz; 3G: TD-SCDMA 1900 (F) / 2000 (A) MHz; 4G: TD-LTE 1900/2300 / 2570-2620 / 2555-2655MHz bands.
The flagship smartphone Oppo R7 is equipped with 3GB of RAM and 16 GB onboard internal storage, supports an external MicroSD card (up to 128 GB). It features a 5-inch AMOLED (1920 * 1080 pixels) display. It supports GPS, gravity, light, distance, and electronic compass sensors.
The R7 houses a 13-megapixel CMOS sensor at the back and an 8MP selfie camera. In terms of connectivity specs, the smartphone includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and micro-USB. It is backed by a 2320mAh non-removable battery, measures 143x71x6.3mm, and weight is 148 gms.
