Onida has released a new smartphone, dubbed as i406. It can be purchased online in India with the lowest price, Rs 2,995, through d2hshop.
The 2G smartphone Onida i406 comes in black color, sporting a 4-inch TFT display with 480×800 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1GHz single-core processor and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS. The handset supports dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) with dual standby functionality.
The i406 is equipped with 256 MB of RAM and comes with 2GB of internal storage that can be upgraded with up to 32 GB MicroSD cards. It houses a 2-megapixel rear shooter with a flashlight and also boasts a VGA front camera.
A 1600mAh Li-ion battery fuels the Onida i406. The connectivity options include FM Radio, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro USB v2.0, mobile hotspot, and GPS. It measures 124 x 63 x 10.7 mm.
