The telecom operator MTS has unveiled a new flagship smartphone, Blaze 5.0, With 100,000 MB (Approx. 100GB) bundled data in India with a Tag Price Rs. 10,999.
Users will get 10GB of internet data on a single recharge of Rs 198 for one year. According to the news, the firm is planning to launch the Blaze 5.0 smartphone in nine circles: Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, UP West, West Bengal, and Kolkata, along with an MTS SIM card.
The MTS Blaze 5.0 smartphone build with dual-SIM (CDMA+GSM) support and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS out-of-the-box. The phone sports a 5-inch display and sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 quad-core processor under the hood. However, the information about RAM and processor clock speed remains unrevealed.
The MTS Blaze 5.0 houses an 8-megapixel rear camera without flash, alongside 0.3-megapixel VGA front-facing camera for video calling and selfies. There is no info available about internal memory (ROM); however, according to MTS, Blaze 5.0 internal memory can be upgraded up to 32GB via an external microSD card.
The Blaze 5.0 is backed by a 2500mAh powerful battery, rated to offer 9.5 hours of talk time. The capacitive touchscreen handset is available in black and white color variants.
Leonid Musatov, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer at MTS India, said that the company is focused on introducing products and services built for enhanced data experience for consumers.
Blaze 5.0 has been exclusively designed to cater to the Internet generation,” said Musatov, adding that the new device is best suited for multimedia and mobile gaming.
