The battery is a bigger problem with smartphones, and Mlais has announced a new phone dubbed as Mlais MX that comes with a massive 4800mAh battery.
According to Mlais, its MX smartphone is powered by a MediaTek MT6735 chipset that contains a 64-bit quad-core processor and is clocked at 1.3 GHz. It is supported by 2 GB of RAM and comes with a 5-inch IPS screen that supports HD resolution.
The 16 GB native storage of Mlais MX is further expandable with an external 64 GB of MicroSD card. The smartphone runs the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box. The dual-SIM device comes with multiple connectivity specs like 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi, v4.0 Bluetooth, GPS/Glonass/A-GPS, and USB OTG.
The rear-facing camera of the Mlais MX is a 13 MP Sony IMX214 that features a single LED flash. The frontal camera is also available for 8 MP that supports wide-angle selfie shooting. It is loaded with a massive 4,800 mAh battery with support for a quick charge. It will be available in black, white, and marine green variants.
Mlais has also announced on May 7 that the MX is available on pre-sale for $139.99 at the 11 resellers. The pre-sale will end on May 31, and after that, the device is supposed to have an MSRP of $149.99.
