Mlais has unveiled a new smartphone, dubbed as Mlais MX Base. It can be purchased internationally through an online retailer for just $139.99.
The Mlais MX Base is powered by an MTK6735 64bit Quad-Core processor and 2GB of RAM, alongside Mali-T720 GPU. It features a 5-inch HD IPS touchscreen display with 1280 x 720 pixels of resolution. The built-in 16GB storage is further expandable via up to 128GB of memory card. It runs the latest Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and is backed by a powerful 4300mAh battery.
The MX Base smartphone houses an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and boasts a 5 MegaPixel front-facing snapper with 88° wide-angle for selfies/video calling. In terms of connectivity options, the phone includes 4G LTE, OTG, FM Radio, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro-USB, Mobile hotspot, GPS/AGPS/GLONASS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It also has dual-SIM (4G LTE+GSM / standard+micro) with dual standby functionality.
