Millennium MT701 with Intel Atom Z2520 SoC Launched in India for Rs 5999

Millennium Technologies has launched two new tablets in India, the MT701 and M7. These have been priced at Rs 5999 and Rs 8999, respectively.

The Millennium MT701 runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS, powered by an Intel Atom Z2520 1.2 GHz Dual Core processor. The CPU is further coupled with 1GB of RAM (on the company listing, 2GB) and 400MHz PowerVR SGX544 MP GPU. The slate features a 7-inches HD IPS (1024*600 pixels) touchscreen display with 5 points touch support.

A 3000mAh Polymer Lithium-ion battery backs the MT701, but no word about talk-time and standby time. The handset houses a 2-megapixel rear-facing camera and also a VGA front-facing camera onboard. In terms of connectivity options, the handset includes 3G HSPA via 3G dongle, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, and Bluetooth v4.

The Millennium MT701 comes with 8GB of internal storage, further expandable with up to 32 GB of MicroSD cards.
