Micromax has unveiled a new smartphone slate, dubbed as Micromax Canvas Tab P690. It is available online in India for Rs 9,153 exclusively through infibeam.
The Micromax Canvas Tab P690 is powered by a 1.3 GHz Intel Atom Quad-Core processor and coupled with 1GB of RAM. It features an 8-inch WXGA IPS touchscreen display with 800×1280 pixels of resolution. The built-in 8GB storage is further expandable via up to 64GB of microSD card.
The Canvas Tab P690 tablet houses a 5 Mega Pixel AF rear camera and boasts a 2-megapixel front-facing snapper for selfies/video calling. The slate includes FM Radio, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro-USB, Mobile hotspot, GPS / A-GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack in terms of connectivity options. It also has dual-SIM (WCDMA+GSM) with dual standby functionality.
