Micromax‘s first hex-core SoC power Android smartphone, called Canvas HD Plus (A190), is now available online in India with a price of Rs 13500. However, the smartphone is yet to be officially announced by the company.
According to the listing of infibeam, the Micromax Canvas HD Plus A190 is a dual SIM (dual Standby / GSM+GSM) smartphone, sports a 5.0 inch Full Touch screen, with 1280 X 720p resolution. The display features an External Capacitive display and Gorilla Glass.
The Micromax Canvas HD Plus runs on the latest Android KitKat 4.4.2 OS out-of-the-box.
The A190 boasts a Hexa Core processor, which is clocked at 1.5 GHz of frequency, and coupled with 1 GB of RAM.
The smartphone houses an 8.0 MP AF rear camera with Flash (1920 x 1080p resolution) and night mode features. The handset also has a 2 MP front-facing camera for video calling and self-portrait.
GSM 2G – 850/900/1800/1900MHz, WCDMA 3G – 900/2100MHz, HSDPA – 21 Mbps, HSUPA – 5.76 Mbps, GPS, GPRS, WI-FI 802.11b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hot Spot, Bluetooth Version BT3.0, Ear Jack 3.5 mm, USB and FM radio are main connectivity options.
The Micromax Canvas HD Plus cellphone comes with 8 GB of internal storage (4.76 GB for mass storage and 1.08 GB for apps installation); the storage can be expanded with an external T-Flash card up to 32 GB.
The Micromax A190 is powered by a 2000 mAh Li-ion battery, rated to deliver Talk Time 7 Hours or Standby Time 250 Hours. The handset is available in white gold color.
It comes with Proximity and Accelerometer sensors.
