German based Linshof has launched a new flagship smartphone, called it i8. It will be available from Q1 of 2015, with a tag price US $360 (Roughly Rs 22,200) US $ 380 (Roughly Rs 23,500)
The Linshof i8 features a 5-inch HD (1920 x 1080 pixel) display and 80GB internal storage onboard. The handset is powered by an octa-core processor, which is clocked at 2.1GHz. Other notable features are 3GB RAM.
The i8 houses a 13-megapixel HD rear camera (28mm Wide-angle, fast low-light F1.8, Sony CMOS sensor) and also boasts an 8 MP front-facing camera. The phone is backed by a 3100mAh Lithium Polymer ION battery.
In terms of connectivity options, the Linshof i8 includes GPS, Bluetooth v4.0, electronic compass, gyroscope, HDMI 1.4 with 3D support, USB port, NFC and WiFi/ LTE (4G) wireless.
The i8 is also running Android 5.0 Lollipop with an accelerated Linshof UI.
