LG Gx2 with 5.7-inch HD display, LTE-A and Laser AF Launched in Korea

LG has launched Gx2 for Korean operator LG U+ as the successor of the Gx without any price tag. Notably, this is the same smartphone, which was launched in the USA as LG G Vista via AT&T network on 22 August.

LG Gx2 features a 5.7-inch HD display (1280 × 720 pixels) and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS. It houses an 8-megapixel rear camera with a single LED flash and laser autofocus, while there is a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera is also available for video calling and selfie.

The Gx2 smartphone also has 4G LTE-A connectivity for the Korean market and has a customized UI for LG U+ users. It features rear buttons for power and volume adjustment and also UX. The LG Gx2 will be available in Titanium Black and White variant colors. It would be available from Korean operator LG U+ starting August 28th.

Notably, the company also offering a free Quick Circle Case for customers who will purchase this phone before September 18. It packs 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded with a memory card. The phone also comes with a 3000mAh battery. The phablet includes 4G LTE-A, 3G HSPA+, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and 3.5 mm Audio jack as main connectivity options.
