LG has announced the dual-SIM variant of its flagship smartphone G3, calls it LG G3 Dual-LTE D856.
The new LG G3 Dual-LTE D856 will be available in early November in Russia with a suggested retail price of $640 (roughly Rs 39,300). The handset is also listed in Hong Kong by retailer Eprice, which mentions a starting price tag of HKD 4,998 (roughly Rs. 39,600).
According to the company’s Russian website listing, the LG G3 Dual-LTE features a 5.5-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) AH-IPS display and powered by a 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor and is paired with 3GB of RAM. It comes with 32GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable via an external micro-SD card (up to 128GB). It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS out-of-the-box.
The LG G3 Dual-LTE smartphone houses a 13-megapixel camera with LED flash that can record videos in 4K resolution and also a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The handset measures 146.3 x 74.6 x 8.9 mm and weighs 149 grams. It will be available in Metallic Black and Silk White colour variants.
In terms of connectivity options, the handset includes; Dual SIM with dual standby, 4G LTE, Micro-USB, Bluetooth, FM radio, Wi-Fi, and GPS/ A-GPS. It supports sensors like Compass/ Magnetometer, Proximity, Accelerometer, and Ambient light.
