LG has launched 4G LTE variant model of its flagship G Pad 8.0 tablet. Recently LG has released G Pad 7.0, G Pad 8.0 and G Pad 10.1 in the G Pad series back in May 2014. Today the company has announced that it will roll out the G Pad 8.0 with LTE support in European market starting from this week.
The LG G Pad 8.0 LTE will be available in Black, White, Luminous Orange and Luminous Blue variant colors. It will be available in European countries starting this week and would be available in Central and South America, Asia and CIS in coming weeks.
Coming to the specs, LG G Pad 8.0 Lte features 8-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) WXGA IPS touchscreen display. It is powered by an 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS with a new flat UI from the company.
Touch & Shoot, Gesture Shot, Smart Keyboard and Dual Window are additional feature of this slate. The QPair 2.0 lets you connect it to other Android-powered tablets and smartphones via Bluetooth. G Pad 8.0 Lte houses 5MP rear camera while there is 1.3MP front-facing camera is also available for video calling and selfie.
LG G Pad 8.0 LTe packs 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, which is expandable with microSD. Its dimensions are 210.8 x 124.2 x 9.9mm, and weight is 344gm. Including LTe, it has Bluetooth and WiFi as connectivity options. It packs a 4200mAh battery.
