Calling it a camera phone, the company has created the handset to look like a normal camera and has embedded editing tools to support professional photography. It also runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box.

The Lenovo Vibe Shot features a 5-inch full HD 1080p display powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor. It comes with 32GB of internal storage also expandable up to 128GB via an external MicroSD card. It houses a 16-megapixel rear camera with photo optimization features for both novice and professional photographers.

Vibe Shot’s rear shooter comes with a dedicated shutter button on the right bottom edge for ease in snapping. If you hold it horizontally, it will just look like a camera. It features sports a metal strip at the back, which holds a tricolor flash strip beside a round modular lens.

Apart from the 16MP rear camera, the Vibe Shot also houses an 8-megapixel sensor for selfies at the front. Alongside the shutter button, there is also a toggle to switch from Smart to Pro modes. Smart mode is basically auto mode for casual users, while Pro mode gives you more control over white balance, exposure, etc.

The Lenovo Vibe Shot supports dual-SIM (WCDMA+GSM) with dual standby functionality. Apart from the 3G connectivity, it has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It will be made available in red, white, and grey color variants with a US $349 (Roughly Rs. 21, 600). It is set to launch globally in June 2015. It is backed by a 2,900mAh Li-Po battery (Like A7000), and it comes in a 7.3mm thin aluminum casing.
