Lenovo has launched a new smartphone, Lenovo A536, and will be available in India in black and white colors with a tag price of Rs 8999. It can be purchased through the official store starting today.
The new Lenovo A536 features a 5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) capacitive touchscreen display powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core Mediatek MT6582M processor. It runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS. Lenovo A536 dimensions are 139.5x72x9.95mm and weigh 148 grams.
It houses a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and also a 2 MP front-facing camera is available for video calling and selfie. The rear camera of Lenovo A536 includes features such as scene detection, tuning, high dynamic, HDR, face recognition, Panorama, and geotagging.
The A536 comes preinstalled with Lenovo’s proprietary DOit apps for seamless data sharing, security, and syncing. It is a dual-SIM supported handset feature dual standby.
The Lenovo A536 packs 1GB of RAM and comes with 8GB of internal storage, further expandable with up to 32GB of memory card. It is backed by a 2000mAH battery rated to deliver up to 15 hours of usage time and up to 300 hours of standby time.
In terms of connectivity options, the A536 includes, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, 3G, HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS.
