Lava Iris 400Q has been launched in India with a price of Rs 5499. The smartphone is currently not listed on its official website and will be available for purchase next week.
The Lava Iris 400Q is powered by a Quad-Core processor, which is clocked at 1.2GHz. It features a 4 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen display with WVGA (480×800 pixels) resolution and 233ppi. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS. This is a Dual SIM (GSM+GSM) handset and offers 3G network connectivity.
Iris 400Q houses a 5 megapixels fixed focus camera with LED flash, while there is a VGA front-facing camera is also available for video calling. It supports Accelerometer, Ambient Light, and Proximity sensors.
The smartphone comes with 4GB of internal storage and 1GB of RAM. The internal storage can be further upgraded with up to 32 GB of external MicroSD card. In terms of connectivity, Iris 400Q includes 2G, GPRS, EDGE, 3G, HSDPA, Wi-FI, USB v2.0, Bluetooth v2.1, and 3.5mm Audio Jack.
Lava Iris 400Q measures 129 x 63 x 9.95 mm and holds a 1700mAH battery, which, according to the company, provides a talk time of 9 hrs 10 min and 153 hrs of standby time.
Initially, the handset will be available in only black color. As an introduction, the company is also offering free Flip cover.
