Karbonn has launched a new smartphone in India dubbed A14 Plus, priced at Rs 4,850 (about 73 USD), through Amazon.
The Karbonn A14 Plus goes official in India with a 4-inch IPS capacitive touch screen display and 800*480 pixels resolution. The handset is powered by a 1.2 GHz Dual-core processor and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS out of the box. It has 512 MB RAM and comes with 4GB of internal storage, further expandable with up to 32GB of microSD card.
The A14 Plus supports Dual-SIM (WCDMA+GSM) with dual standby functionality. It houses a 5-megapixel rear-facing shooter with LED Flash and also a VGA front-facing camera for video calling. It has a 1400 mAh battery installed that is rated for up to 5 hrs of talk-time and up to 250 hrs of standby time.
The Karbonn A14 Plus includes FM Radio, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro-USB, hotspot, tethering, 3G, and 3.5mm audio jack in terms of connectivity options. The phone measures 129.8×69.2×9.2mm dimensions and weighs 115 gms only. It supports proximity, light, and accelerometer sensors.
