Earlier launched, Chinese smartphone iOcean x8 is listed in the company website of France with a price € 224.08.
According to the official website of iOcean, the x8 comes in black and white variant colours, features 3G. It also sports a big 5.7-inch LTPS touchscreen display with FHD 1920X1080 pixels of resolution, Gorilla Glass III and OGS full lamination.
The X8 is powered by a MediaTek’s MT6592 chipset and coupled with 1.7GHz Octa-core processor, alongside Arm Mali-450 GPU. The handset runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS with the help of 2GB of RAM. It has also 16GB internal storage, which can not be expanded.
The X8 supports dual SIM (WCDMA+GSM) with dual standby, and both slot are micro-SIM supported. The phone houses a 14-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with LED flashlight and also packs a 5-megapixel auto-focus front shooter for selfie and video calling.
The X8 is backed by a 2650mAh Li-pol battery. Connectivity options include FM Radio, dual band Wi-Fi 2.4GHz/5.0GHz, WIFI direct, Bluetooth V4.0, micro-USB, mobile hotspot, GPS, GPS and A-GPS. It has additional features like Gesture sensing, Smart wake, Wet touch, Glove touch, and NFC.
The iOcean x8 comes with a set of sensors like G-sensor, accelerometer, proximity, ambient light, gyro,status indication LED and compass.
