The sequel of Intex Aqua Star (which was earlier launched in India for Rs 6,990), dubbed as Intex Aqua Star II, has been launched in India for Rs 5,999.
Within a week, Intex has earlier launched Intex Aqua Star L with a price tag of Rs 6990, which is running on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. But, Intex Aqua Star II runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (Spreadtrum SC7731) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM.
The dual-SIM smartphone Intex Aqua Star II is equipped with 8GB of inbuilt storage with an option to expand it via a microSD card (up to 32GB). The handset features a 5-inch display with FWVGA (480×854 pixels) resolution. It houses an 8-megapixel auto-focus rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera on-board for selfie and video chatting.
Aqua Star II allows users to click selfie images using the touch screen or the phone’s volume buttons. Apart from 3G, it includes connectivity options, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, FM Radio, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 2000mAh battery and available in Black, White, Blue, and Grey color variants.
