Intex has unveiled a new smartphone, dubbed Aqua Desire. According to the company website, its official price is Rs 5,560, but eBay retailer is selling online the same for Rs 6,590.
According to the firm’s official site, the Intex Aqua Desire comes in white, blue, and grey variant colors. The handset sports a 4.7-inch FWVGA IPS display with 854 x 480 pixels resolution that runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS out of the box.
The Aqua Desire boasts a MediaTek MT6572 chipset and is powered by a 1.2Ghz dual-core processor. It has a dual SIM (WCDMA+GSM) that features dual standby functionality. It is equipped with 512MB of RAM and comes with 4GB of internal storage supporting up to 32GB microSD cards.
Intex Aqua Desire houses an 8-megapixel autofocus rear shooter with flash and packs a 2-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chatting. It is fueled by a 1700 mAh Li-ion battery, which is, according to the company, rated for 5 to 6 hrs of talk-time and up to 240 hrs standby.
In terms of connectivity options, the Aqua Desire includes FM Radio, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, micro-USB v2.0, mobile hotspot, GPS, and A-GPS. It measures 138 x 67.9 x 8.8 mm, and its weight is 130 gms.
Intex‘s Aqua N17 is also available online. It is equipped with a 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display, MediaTek’s MT6572A chipset, 1.2Ghz dual-core processor, 512MB RAM, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS, dual SIM (WCDMA+GSM), and 4GB ROM.
