Intex has unveiled a new smartphone, dubbed as Aqua Desire. Its official price is Rs. 5,560 according to the company website, but eBay retailer is selling online the same in Rs. 6,590.

According to the official site of the firm, the Intex Aqua Desire comes in white, blue and grey variant colours. The handset sports a 4.7-inch FWVGA IPS display with 854 x 480 pixels of resolution, that runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS out of the box.

The Aqua Desire boasts a MediaTek MT6572 chipset and is powered by a 1.2Ghz dual core processor. It has dual SIM (WCDMA+GSM) that features dual standby functionality. It is equipped with 512MB of RAM, and also comes with 4GB of internal storage, that supports up to 32GB microSD card.

Intex Aqua Desire houses an 8-megapixel auto focus rear shooter with flash and also packs a 2-megapixel front camera for selfie and video chatting. It is fueled by a 1700 mAh Li-ion battery, that is according to the company rated for 5 to 6 hrs of talk-time and up to 240 hrs standby.

In terms of connectivity options, the Aqua Desire include FM Radio, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, micro-USB v2.0, mobile hotspot, GPS and A-GPS. It measures 138 x 67.9 x 8.8 mm and weight is 130 gms.

Intex‘s Aqua N17 is also available online. It is equipped with 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display, MediaTek’s MT6572A chipset, 1.2Ghz dual core processor, 512MB RAM, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS, dual SIM (WCDMA+GSM) and 4GB ROM.
