The 3G V7.2 Data Card is a lower Intex Data Card Speed 3.5G V7.2 (Modem) model, available via eCommerce online websites in India with a tag price of Rs 1,299.
Notably, the 3G V7.2 dongle supports HSPA, whereas Speed 3.5G V7.2 offers an HSPA+ network and available online at Rs 1383.
According to the manufacturer, the Intex’s 3G V7.2 Data Card is a GSM modem, and it comes factory-unlocked, which means you can use any network sim after purchasing the device.
The USB card can upload with a maximum speed up to 7.2 Mbps in HSPDA signal, but no word about upload speed. The device sports a MicroSD card slot, expandable up to 16 GB via an external memory card.
The 3G V7.2 supports Windows XP SP3 and above, MAC OS X 10.5, Linux Ubuntu 10.04 and 11.04 operating system, works with 800 x 600 dpi or above.
The modem comes in the form of standard USB 2.0, supports 3G, EDGE, and GPRS. The data-card also boasts a 2 Color LED Indicator (Link/Activity), but there is no voice call support (However, one place mentioned that it supports phone calls).

Measuring the dimension, the 3G V7.2 width is 23 mm, height is 12 mm, and depth is 65 mm. The broadband dongle comes with a one-year manufacturing defects warranty.
