Idea Ultra Plus is a 3G smartphone, which is launched by Idea Cellular today in India with a price Rs 8300.
ULTRA+ is the latest addition in ISF product portfolio by Idea. In terms of specs, it sports a 5-inch (12.7 cm) FWVGA display (480*854 pixels) 16M colours, a powerful 1.3 GHz Quad-core processor, Jelly Bean 4.2 OS, 8Mpx AF primary camera with Flash, 1 GB RAM.
The Idea Ultra Plus has G sensor, Proximity sensor and Ambient Light sensor. It comes with built-in 4GB of internal storage, that can be upgraded up to 32 GB with microSD card. GPRS Class 12, EDGE Class 12, WLAN, micro USB v2.0, Bluetooth BT 4.0, 3.5mm jack, FM Radio, GPS and 3G are main connectivity options.
Idea Ultra Plus can provide Downlink 21 Mbps & Uplink 5.76Mbps in its HSPA+ network. Alongside 8GB rear camera, it has also VGA front-facing camera for video calling.
Idea Ultra+ is packed with 2000mAh battery, which is rated to deliver standby time up to 720h (2G), 360h (3G) or talk time up to 20h (2G), up to 10h (3G).
The company is also offering 1.6 GB per month for 3 months on 3G/Unlimited data on 2G for first 3 months and Idea TV Rs. 150 pack p.m. free of charge for 3 months.
