Huawei has launched a new pocket WiFi router, which calls it E5351. Currently, it is available in only China through Unicom carrier.
This device’s main highlight is it comes with a LAN port, which is missing in another mobile WiFi router.
Huawei E5351S-2 comes with also a USB port as well as an RJ45 port. It is a 3G device and supports DC-HSPA+/HSPA+/HSPA/UMTS 2100/900MHz and EDGE/GPRS/GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz operating frequency bands. It is equipped with WiFi IEEE 802.1.1b/g/n protocol and a 1500mAh battery.
The battery is rated for 5 hours of internet usage on its WiFi mode. It has 128 MB flash and 64 MB memory. It measures 92.8 x 63.5 x 16.3 mm, and its weight is approx 100g.
Currently, Huawei E5351 can be purchased for the US $50 through Chinese retailers.
