The HTC One ME features a 5.2-inch WQHD display, a MediaTek helio X10 Octa-Core 2.2GHz processor, Android Lollipop with Sense 7 UI, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 20-megapixel rear camera, and UltraPixel front-facing snapper.
