This software update version is 2.22.401.5, and it is only 44.74MB in size. According to the company, this update contains important enhancements and bug fixes, including GPS performance improvements. This update will not erase any of your data.
If you face a problem with your GPS, then it is strongly recommended to update your device as soon as possible. If you have not got the update notification, you can manually check for updates through Settings > About Phone > Software update.
