HTC Desire Eye was already announced in the USA through AT&T carrier. Now the company has confirmed that the smartphone will be available in India too, exclusively through Amazon. However, the firm says that the price will be revealed at the launch event only.

The HTC Desire Eye is equipped with a 5.2-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by a 2.3 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor running on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with a new HTC Sense 6 UI.
The Desire Eye houses a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and houses the same capacity of a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, wide-angle lens, and dual-LED flash. It also features an IPX7 rating, designed to resist immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. It also has to share desktop functionality for video chat.
