A variant of HTC Desire 626G has been announced for the Indian market dubbed as HTC Desire 626G+. It will be available in the market for Rs 16,900.
The HTC Desire 626G+ features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display powered by a 1.7 GHz Octa-Core processor. It is equipped with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory, further expandable via a microSD card slot (up to 32GB).
The Desire 626G+ smartphone runs Android 4.4 KitKat OS with HTC’s Sense 6.0 custom UI on top and will be further upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop. It houses a 13-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies/video calling.
The Desire 626G+ smartphone measures 5.78 x 2.79 x 0.32 inches and weighs only 138 grams. It comes with 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS / A-GPS connectivity options. A 2,000 mAh battery backs the device. It supports dual-SIM (WCDMA+GSM / nano) with dual standby functionality.
The device will be available in India in white birch and blue lagoon variant color for INR 16,900.
