HP Stream 7 and Stream 8 Tablet Launched with a Price US $99.99 and US $149.99

HP has introduced two tablets, called Stream 7 and Stream 8. 7-inches Stream 7 is priced at US $99.99 while the 8-inches tab is priced at the US $149.99.

Both slates, the HP Stream 7 and the HP Steam 8 are running on Windows Phone 8.1 operating system out of the box and powered by Intel Atom quad-core processors. The company also offers a 1-year subscription to Microsoft Office 365 Personal, which includes 1TB of OneDrive online storage and 60 minutes of Skype each month.

The Stream 7 sports a 7-inches (1280 x 800-pixel resolution) touchscreen, and Stream 8 boasts a 8-inches (1280 x 800-pixel resolution) touchscreen display, along with wide viewing angles, 1GB of RAM, and 16 GB of solid-state storage.

The HP Stream 8 tablet also includes an optional 200 MB of free 4G data each month with no annual contract for the device’s life.

The HP Stream 7 and Stream 8 tablets are expected to be available in the USA starting in November 2014.

These new HP Stream tablets will be available for purchase online at the Microsoft Store and selected Microsoft Retail Stores.
