Some operators use the SMS system to get the remaining balance, but some use the USSD command, which can be dialed through the mobile phone or dongle software. Some of the modems are having the USSD option in their dashboard to check the balance.
How to check the remaining 3G internet balance using USSD?
1. Open the dashboard or connection manager and click on Settings. Now click on USSD as highlighted in the below screenshot.
