Gionee Elife E8 is expected to be officially launched in China on 10 June, which is next Wednesday. The smartphone features a new digital wallet service, which a unique feature of the phone.
As of now, the new flagship Elife E8 is powered by a MediaTek MT6795 SoC with 2GHz octa-core CPU and is coupled with PowerVR G6200 GPU. The phone packs a big 6-inch FHD display with 1440×2560 pixel of resolution and is equipped with 3GB of RAM.
There is no news about capacity of external microSD card, but Gionee Elife E8 will have a built-in 32GB on-board storage and will be backed by a 3250 mAh non-removable battery. In terms of camera specs, the handset features a 23MP rear unit that can combine several shots and produce images up to 100MP resolution. There is also an 8MP front snapper. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with Amigo 3.0 UI.
