Chinese smartphone manufacture, Gionee has listed a new phone Ctrl V5 in its Indian Online store with a tag price of Rs 12,999.
The multi-touch capacitive CTRL V5 phone, equipped with an 11.9 cm (4.7″) IPS qHD display with a 960×540 pixel screen resolution, powered with a 1.3 GHz Quad-Core processor with an MTK MT6582V/X chipset, alongside 1GB RAM. The phone march on Android jelly beans 4.2 OS.
The dual-sim with dual standby 3G phone sports an 8 GB (internal storage memory), up-gradable using a 32 GB MicroSD card. The Ctrl V5 smartphone can record and capture moments throughout the day with the 8 MP rear Auto-focus camera with 4x zoom, and the 2 MP “wide-angle front camera” boasts for video calling using Skype.
The Ctrl V5 houses a powerful polymer battery of 1800 mAh, weighted 41.3 gm, with a 6.29Wh power rating, able to provide 10 hrs talk-time on 3g network, alongside 14.5 hrs on 2g, whereas standby time is 324 hrs. The phone is available in only black variants.
Measuring 134.5*67.7*8.07 mm, Ctrl V5 weighs 103.5 gm (with battery). The phone features Motion, G-sensor, Proximity, Accelerometer, and Compass sensors. The smartphone comes pre-installed with UC browser, alongside yahoo cricket, Facebook, fishing joy, ups, Texas poker, WhatsApp is notable applications.
An earphone can be connected using a 3.5mm headphone connector. In multimedia FM Radio, FM Recording, Music Player, Audio Recorder, Video Player, Loudspeaker are applicable.
Face Detection, Smile Shutter, Flash/Light, Image editor, Video Recorder are other features of Ctrl V5. Unlike Gionee Elife S5.5, Ctrl V5 is a recommended product as per my reviews compared to its features and specifications (specs) along-with price.
