After Amazon Fire Phone with 13 MP Camera and Fire OS, Flipkart has also announced Digiflip Pro XT 712 tablet for India with voice calling features, available for Rs 9,999.
The Flipkart Digiflip Pro XT 712 is a sturdy metallic build, and a slim design tablet sports a 7 inch IPS (In-Plane Switching) display with 1280 x 800 HD resolution and 216 pixels per inch. The IPS screen gives you great viewing angles, and the 5-point touch allows you to use more than one finger at once.
The Digiflip Pro XT 712 is a dual SIM tablet with dual-standby; both SIM features 3G facilities.
The handset boasts a quad-core Cortex-A7 processor that clocks a speed of 1.3 GHz. The processor is backed by 1 GB of RAM and a Mali-400MP2@500MHz graphics processing unit.
The Digiflip Pro XT 712 runs on the Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 OS out-of-the-box.
The tablet comes pre-installed with the Flipkart e-books app, as well as a slick and fast Flipkart shopping app that allows you to shop online conveniently and avail of fabulous offers.
The Digiflip Pro XT 712 supports both WiFi and 3G connections.
The tab houses a 5 MP camera at the back with flash and auto-focus, capable of recording full HD video at 1920 x 1080p to capture special moments, and equipped with a 2 Mega-Pixel frontal camera for selfies and high-quality video chats.
The Digiflip Pro XT 712 has built-in 16 GB of internal storage (ROM). The internal storage can be complemented with a MicroSD to expand it up to 32 GB.
This Flipkart’s tablet is powered by a 3000 mAh Li-Polymer battery built into the tablet, giving you a talk time of 8 hours or 7 days standby time.
The tablet comes armed with an accelerometer that helps you with motion gaming, a light sensor that adjusts the display, and a proximity sensor that turns off the display when you hold it to your ear, which not only saves battery but also prevents accidental hang-ups.
