How to Unlock Samsung Phone?

Universal Method

1. Turn off your Samsung phone.

2. Insert a non-accepted SIM card (different from the original network provider).

3. Turn on the phone.

4. It should ask for the unlock code.

5. Enter the unlock code which is provided by routerunlock.com.

6. Now your phone is now fully unlocked.

Method 2

3. Once prompted for code, enter the code which is provided by routerunlock.com.

Method 3

1. Turn off your Samsung phone.

2. Insert a non-accepted SIM card.

3. Turn on the phone.

4. When prompted for the unlock code type the UNFREEZE code first. If the phone is not prompted for code, just go to the dial screen and type the UNFREEZE code, now press enter, send or call. You will receive an unsuccessful message.

5. Once the phone freeze is disabled, the Network Lock or SP Lock screen will appear.

Network Lock is the unlock code / NCK.

SP Lock Code is the SERVICE PROVIDER code.

Your phone should now fully unlocked!

If you still get “unsuccessful” message, then dismiss and type *2767*3855# on the phone keypad and try this procedure again.

Note: This will format all your data!

Method 4

1. Turn On the phone with original SIM card or without SIM card.

2. Type #7465625*638*CODE# (Here #CODE is the Unlock Code).

3. Phone deactivated message should appear, means your Samsung phone is unlocked.

Method 5

1. Turn On the phone with original SIM card or without SIM card.

2. Type #0111*CODE# (Replace CODE is the Unlock Code).

A message should appear “Network Lock Deactivated”.

Your phone may automatically reboot.

How to Enter Unlock Code on Samsung A737, A777, Blackjack SGH-i607, SGH-i616, SGH-i617, SGH-i627, SGH-i637, and SGH-A877?

1. Insert an acceptable SIM card and turn ON the phone.

2. Type #7465625*638*CODE# (Replace the CODE with the Unlock Code).

3. A message should appear, “Network Lock Deactivated”.

Now your phone is unlocked and may be rebooted to complete the process.

Note: If you are unable to make outgoing calls or receive messages, this is not related to phone lock, you need to force the phone to GSM mode, this can be done as follows:

  • Type *#1546792*#
  • Select Option 3, “Network & Call Settings”.
  • Select option 5, “Network Mode”.
  • Select GSM.

1. Insert an invalid SIM card on your phone.

How to Enter Unlock Code in Samsung i450 & i560?

1. Turn ON your phone without SIM card.

2. Type #PW+Unlock Code+1#

Note:

The letter + will appear once you press the star button (*) two times quickly.

The letter P will appear after you press star button (*) three times quickly.

The letter W will appear after you press the star button (*) four times quickly.

How to Send Unlock Code in Samsung J600?

Type #0149*UNFREEZE# or #0111*UNLOCK# (Replace UNFREEZE and UNLOCK accordingly).

How to Send Unlock Code in Samsung SGH-P207?

1. Reset to Samsung phone to its factory setting by typing *2767*3855#

Note: Your phone will be rebooted.

3. Insert a non-accepted SIM card and turn ON the phone.

3. A wrong SIM, message will be appeared on the screen.

4. Type *#9998*3323#

5. Exit from the white screen, tap the right soft key (If it does not go to the next screen, press the down key).

6. A menu will be appeared.

7. Scroll down to the malloc Fail option.

8. The phone will reboot, and normal service screen will appear.

9. Enter *0141# and press the green Call key.

10. A personalized screen will appear, the name of the current SIM card provider will appear on the screen.

11. Turn the phone OFF, and then turn ON again.

12. Go to menu by tapping left soft key.

13. From the Settings is in bottom right-hand corner:

Select option 7 = Security

Select option 6 = Sim Lock

Select option 1 = Disable

Enter 00000000 (eight zeros), the message will come up SIM Lock disabled. Now your phone is unlocked to use with other network providers.

How to Unlock Samsung SGH-T609?

1. Turn the phone ON without any SIM card.

2. Type #011*CODE# (Replace CODE with unlock code which is received from routerunlock.com).

3. A message will appear “Network Lock Deactivated”.

Now your phone may reboot to complete the process.

How to send unlock code in Samsung phones belongs to AT&T / Cingular BlackJack?

1. Insert an unacceptable SIM card on your phone.

2. Turn ON the phone.

3. Wait for around 30 seconds to appear the SIM Lock.

Note: It may take more time if you have already attempted an unlock with the wrong code.

4. Enter the unlock code once it prompts.

5. Press Ok.

Note: If the Unlock Code is incorrect, an error dialog box will appear. After pressing OK on this dialog, you have to re-enter the Unlock Code. If the Unlock Code is correct, a success dialog will appear.

6. Press OK.

Now your Samsung phone is unlocked and should be rebooted.

Note: If you are unable to make a call after unlocking the phone, then you need to force the BlackJack to GSM mode, this can be done as follows:

  • Switch on your Samsung phone.
  • Type *#1546792*#
  • Select Option 3, “Network & Call Settings”.
  • Select option 5, “Network Mode”.
  • Select GSM
