The Elephone S2 Plus is 6.9 mm in thickness and the whole dimensions are 153*77*6.9 mm. It is bigger brother of S2 and in terms of specs, it is almost same, except its battery capacity.
The Elephone S2 Plus is powered by a 64-Bit MediaTek MT6735 Quad-Core 1.5Ghz processor and coupled with ARM Mali-T720 GPU. It is equipped with 2GB of RAM and also 16GB expandable internal storage (up to 32GB microSD card).
The Elephone S2 Plus comes with double-side glass and diamond texture back cover. It runs the latest Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box. Apart from the dual-SIM, it also supports 4G LTE connectivity (FDD-LTE:band 1/3/7/20 (800/1800/2100/2600)).
The S2 Plus features a 5.5-inch HD (1280*720 pixels / PPI 267) touchscreen display. The smartphone comes with a 13-megapixel Auto-Focus rear camera that features flash, and there is a 2-megapixel camera at the front for selfies/video calling.
The Elephone S2 Plus is backed by a 2600mAh Li-Pol non-removable battery that is rated to deliver up to 500-600 min talk-time and standby time up to 300-400h. Connectivity options include GPS, A-GPS, FM Radio, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, hotspot and 3.5mm sound jack.
It also supports Gravity sensor / Accelerator sensor / Proximity sensor / Light sensor. The company has not mentioned the price and specific release date of the device.
