Elephone has launched a new smartphone, the P3000S. It is available for pre-order in China with a price of US $211.59 only.
The Elephone P3000S is powered by a MediaTek MT6592 1.7 GHz Octa-core processor with Mali-450 mp4 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It has 16 GB of internal storage, further expandable with up to 128 GB of MicroSD cards. It sports a 5-inches JDI IPS touchscreen display with a 1280*720 pixels resolution and 293 PPI.
The P3000S houses a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with f/2.0 and also has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. A powerful battery of 3150mAh capacity backs it, and the device is running on Android 4.4.2 KitKat (MIUI optional).
In terms of connectivity options, the Elephone P3000S include; WiFi 802.11n, GSM: 850/900/1800/1900, WCDMA: 850/900/1900/2100 (HSDPA), FDD-LTE: 800/1800/2100/2600, GPS, A-GPS, micro-USB 5 pin, Fingerprint identification, NFC, OTG, FM radio, Bluetooth 4.0, Gesture wake up, Dual SIM and 3.5 mm earphone jack.
