E-Fun has announced its new tablet, the Nextbook Ares 11. It will be available in the USA for $249 from May 2015.
According to the press release, E-Fun Nextbook Ares 11 will be available in black color with 11.6-inch IPS (1366×768 pixels) touchscreen display. The device is powered by a Quad-Core Intel AtomTM Z3735F (X86, 1.8GHz) processor and runs the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out of the box.
The E-Fun Nextbook Ares 11 comes with 1GB DDR3L RAM and has expandable 64 GB inbuilt storage. It houses 2-megapixel rear camera as well as 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video calling and selfie. The connectivity options include FM Radio, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, micro-USB, Mobile hotspot, GPS, and 3.5mm audio jack.
It also comes with an additional magnetic detachable keyboard to use as a laptop and has a mini-HDMI port. There is no word about SIM slots and battery capacity.
