According to the intowindows, “The Start menu has been tweaked a bit, there is a neat set of icons, including folder icons, Cortana is present in the taskbar search box and is ready to use. There are hundreds of small but noticeable improvements.”
Still, Windows 10 is not in its final stage; that’s why we recommend that you don’t install the preview on your primary home or business PC. Unexpected PC crashes could damage or even delete your files, so you should back up everything.
If you don’t want to waste a DVD for testing purposes, create a bootable USB stick to Install Windows 10 on your PC. If you are not so familiar with Command Prompt, you can also use Rufus to create a bootable UEFI USB drive with Windows 10 installation disk.
