Features of Night Downloader
You can launch up to two programs by specifying the launching time and the closing time. E.g., One can schedule a uTorrent launch at 2:00:00 AM and close torrent at 8:00:00 AM.
You can also specify a time to shut down your PC. For example, if you set 8:00:00 AM, the system will be turned off automatically at 8:00:00 AM.
Night Downloader works in the background so that you can do your own works also.
If you are planning to use the Night Downloader app, then first check that your modem supports the “Modem Reboot” feature or not. Your modem must be in PPPoE mode to use this feature, and you don’t need to dial manually to connect to the net to use this software.
Watch the LED lights of your modem for 10 seconds. If any LED light goes off in your modem, then the “Modem Reboot” feature can be enabled on your modem; else, you can use the Night Downloader without the Modem Reboot feature.
