Celkon XION S CT695 has been launched in India with a price of Rs 7499.
The new tablet, Celkon XION S CT695, features a 6.95-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) capacitive touchscreen display and powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core (Cortex A7) processor coupled with 1GB of DDR3 RAM, clubbed with Mali 400 GPU. It is running on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS out of the box. It houses a 5-megapixel rear camera and also a VGA front-facing camera for video calling.
The XION S CT695 supports a dual SIM slot and features dual standby functionality. It is equipped with 8GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 32 GB using an external MicroSD card. A 2500mAh battery backs it, but no word about talk-time and standby time.
In terms of connectivity options, the Celkon XION S CT695 includes; 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB OTG.

Today, Lava Mobile has also launched a new 7-inches tablet, called it QPAD R704. It has a 7-inch display (1024 x 600 pixels), 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor, 1GB DDR3 RAM, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS, 2-megapixel rear camera, 0.3 MP front-facing camera, 3500 mAh battery, and 8GB ROM.
The Celkon XION S CT695 will be available in Black color for Rs 7499 in India.
