BLU Life 8 XL with Octa-Core SoC Launched in USA for $129

Blu has unveiled a new smartphone, dubbed BLU Life 8 XL. It is priced at $129 and will be exclusively available via Amazon US and shipped from July 1, 2015.

The BLU Life 8 XL is powered by a 1.4 GHz Octa-Core (MT6592M chipset) processor and coupled with 1GB of RAM. It features a 5.5-inch IPS HD touchscreen display with 1280 x 720 pixels of resolution. The built-in 8GB storage is further expandable via up to 32 GB MicroSD card.

The BLU Life 8 XL smartphone houses an 8-megapixel rear camera and boasts a 2 MegaPixel front-facing snapper for selfies/video calling. The phone includes 3G, FM Radio, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro-USB, Mobile hotspot, GPS/AGPS, and 3.5mm audio jack in terms of connectivity options. It also has Dual SIM (WCDMA+GSM) with dual standby functionality.
