ASUS MeMo Pad 10 ME103K has been launched, and the same can be purchased for US $199.
Notably, the MeMo Pad 10 ME103K is a refreshed version of last year’s MeMO Pad 10 (ME102A) and available for approximately Rs 12000. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS out-of-the-box and is available in a Wi-Fi variant only, without SIM support. It features a 10.1-inch WXGA (1280×800 pixels) LED-backlit IPS display with 10-point multi-touch support.
The Asus MeMO Pad 10 (ME103K) is powered by a quad-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor and coupled with 1GB of RAM. The tablet packs a 2-megapixel rear-facing camera, and there is a front 0.3-megapixel camera also onboard for video chatting. It will be available in 8GB, 16 GB, and 32 GB of built-in storage options, further expanding via a MicroSD card (up to 64 GB). The company is also offering 5GB of lifetime ASUS web storage space along with an additional 11 GB for the first year.
In terms of connectivity options, the MeMo Pad 10 ME103K includes; Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, GLONASS, and Miracast. There is a battery installed of the 19-watt hour. The whole device measures 256 x 174 x 9.9mm and weighs 525 grams.
