A refreshed version of Asus Fonepad 7 is launched in India by the company. The tab will be available in India exclusively from Flipkart with a price of Rs 8999. Notably, Acer has also launched a new tablet, called Acer Iconia A1-830, and is available in India for Rs 11,299.
The new Asus Fonepad 7 (FE170CG) packs a 1.2 GHz Intel Atom Multi-Core Z2520 Processor, further combined with 1GB of RAM. The handset is available online in red, white, blue, and black variant color. It runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS.
Along with G-Sensor, Asus Fonepad 7 boasts a 4GB internal ROM, which can be further upgraded with a memory card (up to 64 GB). The slate sports a 7-inch Capacitive touchscreen display with 1024 x 600 Pixels of resolution. It has a 2MP rear camera, while a 0.3 MP frontal VGA camera is available for video calling.
Asus Fonepad 7 (FE170CG) packed with 15 Lithium – Polymer; has WiFi and 3G connectivity options. Measuring 192 x 10.7 x 110 mm, the tab weighs 290 gm only.
