Archos has unveiled a new smartphone, dubbed as Archos 50c Neon. Till now, there is no word on its pricing and availability details. It will be made available in the USA, Germany, and France.
The Archos 50c Neon is powered by a Spreadtrum SC7731G / Quad-Core 1.2 GHz Cortex A7 processor and coupled with 1GB of RAM. It features a 5-inch IPS FWVGA touchscreen display with 854×480 pixels of resolution. The built-in 8GB storage is further expandable via up to 64 GB MicroSD card.
The 50c Neon smartphone houses an 8-megapixel auto-focus rear camera and boasts a 5 MegaPixel front-facing snapper for selfies/video calling. The phone includes FM Radio, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro-USB, Mobile hotspot, GPS/A-GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack in terms of connectivity options. It also has Dual SIM (WCDMA+GSM / mini) with dual standby functionality.
