Archos has listed a new tablet on the company’s global website, dubbed 101d Neon. The firm has not revealed the pricing and its availability yet.
The Archos 101d Neon is powered by an MTK 8127 Quad-core 1.3 GHz ARM Cortex A7 processor and features a Quad-core Mali 450MP4 GPU. It comes with 1GB of RAM and also 8GB / 16 GB built-in storage is further expandable with up to 64 GB of MicroSD cards.
The 101d Neon sports a 10.1-inches capacitive touchscreen display with 1024 x 600 pixels of resolution and IPS-like MVA technology. The slate runs Android™ 4.4 KitKat OS. In terms of connectivity specs, it includes Wi-Fi, Wifi Direct, Bluetooth with Smart Ready, mini-HDMI, USB-OTG and GPS.
Archos 101d Neon houses a 2-megapixel camera at the rear and also a VGA at the front. It is backed by a 4000 mAh Li-ion battery and features DNLA. It measures 262 x 156 x 12 mm and weighs 550 gms.
