Archos unveils a new tablet, dubbed as 101b Neon. It is available in the Netherlands for a price of 99 Euros. 8GB model can be purchased from Dutch store Coolblue.
The Archos 101b Neon is powered by a RockChip RK3188T Quad-core ARM Cortex A9 @ 1.4 GHz processor, clubbed with Quad-core Mali 400 GPU. It is equipped with 1GB of RAM and comes in two storage variant models, 8 GB or 16 GB, and it is further expandable with up to 64 GB of MicroSD cards.
The 101b Neon features a 10.1 inches TN Touch Screen display with 1024 x 600 pixels resolution. The tablet runs Android 4.4 KitKat OS out of the box. In terms of connectivity options, the handset includes; WiFi, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth, Micro USB 2.0, 3.5mm ear-jack, and FM radio. It has a dual camera, with both sides only 0.3 MP. A 5000 mAh Li-Poly battery backs it.
The device measures 268 x 158 x 11.3 mm and weighs 562 gms.
